OK, so the posts the last few times have been on the serious, heavy side.... Today, I found out that dear sweet Meg over at Lucchese to Louis Vuitton tagged me for Tagging My Fridge Thursday (is that a real meme?) The deal is you must post a pic of the front of your fridge and NOT clean it up first! Oh my goddess!! LOL As Meg said *insert here a Texan drawl* she did hers to show she wasn't "skeert".....well, I am "skeert" cuz we rent, my kitchen is teeny eency weency and my fridge is uuuuglllaaay! The kitchen is not my domain, I don't love to cook and I keep all sots of crap on my fridge front! Heck, my kitchen is so tiny that I could barely get a picture of my fridge...but I did!! So....here it is!
I warned ya! (but, hey, isn't one of the key phrases for this month to "go with the flow"?? heehee)
I have pictures of my son when he had started teaching himself to play the guitar (he was 13 then, now he is 23!) He was in a band in college and though he still does play the guitar, he found drumming to be his love.
I have a recipe for Beer Cheese Dip...have yet to make it though.
Then I have kept this letter from my daughter that she wrote when she came for a surprise visit and we weren't even in town! But, I love her notes...so sweet and silly! Speaking of keeping stuff from her...we had to buy a new answering machine because when she calls and leaves a message...it is a whole monologue of her doing one of her characters...she has all these accents she does and she just goes on and on as one of her characters and they are hilarious! So, we had to keep each and everyone of those messages for all time! I have a picture there of when she was 12 (and she is now 22!)
But, I love looking at those sweet faces....
You did it! Yay! Your fridge isn’t bad…really! I love the stuff on it, i really do! It reminds me of how my fridge looked before we moved…I had all kinds of neat stuff on there, I swwwwwwaaaaaaaare…
You are such a great friend and the best drinking buddy ( I can tell!)….
Yes, I have had beans “in the ground”…and yes they are really good.
Cowboy cuisine recipes, will do!
Get to TEXAS already!
I’m not “it” anymore! My messy fridge has been posted for all the world to see (or the 4 people that may read my blog this year)! And, I tagged you, my dear, on another fun project!
Hey…how did the meal turn out last night? I thought about you while I was at my meeting…starving…
I wandered (as I do a LOT) in from cre8buzz–love the site and really wish I had that recipe for Beer Cheese Dip. I mostly use my kitchen to make soap, but I do love to cook as well.
Thanks! It sounds easy and awesome–right up my alley
I love the way you have worked on the original design and moved some things to other areas you consider more appropriate.
I love your question and the notion of this blog. I believe youth can “participate” and I love my job because I get to advocate for the feedback from our Lab
