No Housework Day

It’s official ladies, its on the Calender of all the holidays and national observances. Today is, No Housework Day.
Don’t touch those dishes! Step away from the laundry basket, don’t even think about that vacuum cleaner!…it has been declared in writing….NO HOUSEWORK!!!
So, instead, you can, officially, with absolutely NO guilt, do exactly what YOU want today!
Go! Hurry! Get started!….snooze, take a bubble bath, get a massage, a pedicure, go shopping, get a new haircut, have a yummy cocktail, read a trashy novel, go see a fun movie, call someone and just gab, go out for sushi, go on a hike….. smile at anything that needs cleaned up or straightened out in your house and tell it to take a hike!!

Darn, too late. I’ve already done two days’ worth of crap. Those magic vitamins of Meg’s have me feeling peppy! But that bath does sound so good….

I’m lucky. I went out yesterday, met someone for lunch. Didn’t do too much housework until today. I decided I was sick today, called in for work and have been cleaning most of the day. I don’t feel any better.
