Prep:
Take either cheesecloth or I use a nylon knee hi - put about 1/2 cup of in it, tie it off.
Take either Dead Sea Salts (or you can use Epsom’s ) put  1/2 to 1 cup in a bowl and mix with either Almond oil, Grape Seed Oil or Olive oil.
Get the tub cleaned and ready ( I clean it with Lavender Natural Cleaner) light some candles, get a large cup of ice water and some music if you wish.

Stand in the tub and use the paste and do a body scrub to exfoliate. I use a mesh glove to apply the scrub.
Once all the scrub has been used, drop the sock into the tub and begin filling with water. Add a few drops of your favorite . I use Grapefruit, Lavender & Vanilla.
Sink into the water and after a few minutes, take the sock and squeeze it into the water. Then use it like a sponge and go over your face and body with it. Soak and relax in the wonderful soft water and scents!
The detoxifies, the oil and softens and the aroma’s relax and help release stress.
