I have decided to try something new here at Paisley Goddess. I am finding that I have so many ideas and subject matter going on that I find it hard to narrow things down to do a daily post. My desire is not just to promote 'things' but to be a resource for women in finding and celebrating their authentic self. My intent is to share from a wholistic approach. While setting up a sister site to Paisley Goddess, ( The Artful Home) I decided there to go by the zodiac signs, simply as a way to create monthly themes and subject matter. Last night it hit me that maybe that would be helpful here as well. Life and nature goes through cycles and it affects all of us. For me personally, knowing of, understanding and benefiting from these cycles can be a wonderful way to grow and change. So, I am going to have 12 categories, loosely based on the zodiac signs- more so based on the 12 natural cycles. The present cycle with its keywords and themes will be listed in the sidebar and each day a topic within that theme will be what I post about. At the end of each post a question will be asked on the topic - this can be used as a journal prompt and as always, a way to see where we are, how we feel and to promote discussion. This is for me to narrow my focus down and present material that I hope is still helpful. I would love to know if this approach offers more for you and how you feel about it! Please, let me know!
