Prep:
Take either cheesecloth or I use a nylon knee hi – put about 1/2 cup of oatmeal in it, tie it off.
Take either Dead Sea Salts (or you can use Epsom’s Salt) put 1/2 to 1 cup in a bowl and mix with either Almond oil, Grape Seed Oil or Olive oil.
