…is an urban fantasy romance novel, set in Asheville, North Carolina.
One of the reasons I love urban fantasy is that I can take the fascination I have with the paranormal & metaphysical and bring it to life in places I love-such as Asheville – which to me is a magical place already, a perfect setting for an urban fantasy.
This blog will cover the topics I come across in the writing of the novel and about Asheville and surrounding areas in the story.
I’ve loved exploring the idea of someone waking up in a strange place with no memory of who they are and wondering why it seems as if no one is looking for them. It’s a not a new idea by any means, but there are many aspects of the story that are unique.
My goal is to have the first draft complete by September 1, 2011. I’m half-way at this point.
